Course Leader for the Food Design Lab

"The Food Design Lab focuses on the major food issues of tomorrow, inviting 4th and 5th year students to hone their design skills.

Addressing health issues and a new way of eating together, Cathelle offers a fun, hands-on activity involving colorful, do-it-yourself vegetable pasta. By involving children in the preparation of daily meals, they play at "eating better" and learn the basics of nutrition. Cathelle is also a winner of the Ecotrophélia competition, where she was awarded the "Students with guts" prize for audacity." Aude Messager, Course Leader for the Food Design Lab
