L'École de design Nantes Atlantique collects personal data through cookies that may be placed on the website, but also through the chatbot integrated into the website and finally through the various forms present on the site.

The personal data collected on this site is done so through forms:

  • Oscar Campus forms for the initial training pages
  • Aurion forms for the continuing education pages
  • Drupal Webform forms for other pages

The school also uses other platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zoom, Eventbrite...) which may contain forms, particularly for event registration.

They are kept for a period of 3 years and are subject to computer processing intended for the promotional and educational activities of the school.

L’École de design Nantes Atlantique does not share the data collected via the forms on the website with a third party organization. The recipients of the data are the administrative services of L’École de design Nantes Atlantique.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you. You can request the portability of this data. You also have the right to object to your data being processed or to request that processing is limited. You may issue instructions on the storage, deletion or disclosure of your personal data after your death.

Any request to exercise your rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of a proof of identity (national identity card issued by the French State or European Union identity card or passport, resident card issued by the French State, residence permit issued by the French State or livret de circulation (travel permit) issued by the French State). A reply will be sent to you within one month of receipt of your request.
