Moossayons, All hands on deck for employment!
How do you organize a meeting between young people who are excluded from the workforce and professions that are struggling to recruit? That's the kind of matchmaking service offered by Moossayons, an application based on the values of solidarity, mutual aid and trust. The service has two user profiles: young people and employers.
Moossayons opens the doors of unfamiliar professional worlds to young people, and introduces them to a solid employer network. By immersing themselves in these less popular professions, young people are rewarded and earn badges attesting to their skills and motivation. On the professional side, the application lets you create an immersion offer and receive applications in sectors that are experiencing recruitment difficulties.
This project has been selected as part of Design L'Expo 2025 and will be exhibited at La Cale 2 Créateurs from January 22 to March 9, 2025.

"How do you find a job when you're not qualified and school is a distant memory? As a designer, Théo looked for a way to create a link between sectors experiencing staff shortages and jobseekers. Moossayons is an application that explores these unpopular jobs, while highlighting the skills acquired by job applicants. The development of a rich and varied network combined with the designer's empathetic skills enabled him to formulate a proposal that enhances what everyone has to offer." Marion Moussu, Course Leader - Master’s in Design and Innovation
