A new president for L’École de design Nantes Atlantique

Further to the Board of Directors meeting on December 14, 2021, L’École de design Nantes Atlantique, a private higher education institution supported by the Nantes St-Nazaire Chamber of Commerce and Industry and associated with the University of Nantes, announces that Ms. Anne Brochard, founder and director of L’Etincelle RH, will take over the presidency of the school on behalf of the Nantes St-Nazaire CCI. She succeeds Emmanuelle Gaudemer, Director of Development of the AIA Group, whose presidency has come to an end after 7 years. She takes this opportunity to salute the work carried out by Ms. Gaudemer and her support for the school.

nne Brochard will accompany the school, alongside Christian Guellerin, Director General, in a new stage of its development. With only a few months to go before L’École de design Nantes Atlantique moves to the Île de Nantes, the new president is taking stock of this historic step, ’which will considerably open up the field of possibilities’ for the leading design school.

The Board of Directors meeting of December 14, 2021 was the opportunity for a significant change in the governance of L’École de design Nantes Atlantique. Mr. Henri-Bruno Calmels, General Secretary of EDF - the Pays de la Loire Regional Delegation, succeeded Mr. Hervé-Jacques Thibault, manager of SECAFI, as Treasurer. Philippe El Saïr, Director General of the Nantes University Hospital, also joined the Board of Directors.

A social psychologist by training, founder and director of L’Etincelle RH, a human resources and recruitment consulting firm based in Nantes, Angers and Sophia-Antipolis, Anne Brochard previously held consulting positions in independent firms and co-managed the family business SABE specializing in special equipment engineering. Anne Brochard is a member of the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants (Young Leaders Center) for which she was in charge of external relations from 2017 to 2019. She has also been an elected member of the CCI since 2016.
