Africa Design School graduation ceremony 2023

Congratulations to the 33 graduates of Africa Design School in Digital and Graphic Design who were honoured at an unforgettable ceremony in Cotonou, Benin, in the presence of Christian Guellerin, Executive Director of L'École de design Nantes Atlantique and President of Africa Design School.

Supported by L'École de design Nantes Atlantique and the Sèmè City Development Agency, Africa Design School trains African designers capable of innovating to meet the needs of businesses and organisations in their country and on the continent.

The first design school in West Africa promotes design as a vector for economic, societal and environmental innovation and has experienced strong development since its creation in 2019 in Benin :

  • 2019: 15 students / 1 DN MADE
  • 2022: 150 students / 3 DN MADE
  • 2023: 230 students / 4 DN MADE and a "Diplôme de design Bac +5" (International Design Strategy master's program) and a continuing education offer in design.
