Feelab
Hypersensitivity has become a much talked about condition. Hypersensitives are said to be "sponges" for environments and emotions. 30% of the French population experiences this way of being in the world, which is often perceived as a handicap at work.
Faced with this difficulty, Valentine designed Feelab: a digital platform to better communicate, progress and develop one' s emotional intelligence in the workplace. The tool guides users with an educational approach, to teach them how to create constructive feedback on their colleagues' work. They also receive feedback on their own work, which helps them to set goals and upgrade their skills.
Employees gain self-esteem and soft skills. They also allow themselves to express their needs for the future.
This project has been selected as part of Design L'Expo 2022 and will be exhibited at La Cale 2 Créateurs from 3 December 2022 to 26 February 2023.
"Feelab acts as an intermediary, offering each person the feedback they need."
" For hypersensitive people, working in a team is often a daily challenge. Valentine decided to help them by proposing a solution that cultivates harmony in human relationships. Better equipped, the team can then get back to work efficiently.
Her practical proposal is based on a detailed observation of work habits, interactions and the different types of personalities that exist. Feelab acts as an intermediary, offering each person the feedback they need. This innovative concept, already acclaimed by the users who have tested it, can be used by anyone."
