Cutis Rana
The "Cutis Rana" project, conceived by Ni Xinghao, Rongwei Yan, and Du Wang, international master’s students in Nantes, explores changes in coastal environments through the design of amphibious gear for workers in wetlands. Inspired by frog skin, this device acts as an active membrane, capable of adapting to both terrestrial and aquatic environments, while incorporating bio-based and recycled materials.
This project won an award at the DBEW (Design Beyond East and West) Awards during Milan Design Week in Italy. The school is very proud to see its students recognized in this prestigious competition, which honors students from around the world for their innovative solutions in the complex field of AI!
